· Exclusivity is assured for your choice of car on the day of your booking and Lincoln Chauffeur will only take one booking per car per day.
· The hirer will be charged on an hourly basis for the booking of our vehicles.
· The car and date of will be reserved for 7 days, by which time a non-refundable deposit of £50 (per hire vehicle) must be paid to confirm the booking.
· The balance of the hire charge is to be paid no later than two weeks before the day of the booking. If payment is not received by that date, the booking will automatically be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
· In the event of cancellation which must be made in writing or email, any deposit will be forfeited. However, with unavoidable circumstances arising, all deposits paid may be refunded at the discretion of Lincoln Chauffeur.
· If we are unable to complete the booking for whatever reason we will not be held responsible or liable for any arising consequential losses and any refunds will be limited to the money paid by the client.
· No refund will be given on full payments made by the hirer if cancellation is made after the one week period stated above.
· If seat belts are fitted, it is the passengers’ responsibility to wear them.
· All personal property will be the responsibility of the client and/or passengers, and Lincoln Chauffeur will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage to such property.
· No responsibility can be accepted for adverse weather conditions (i.e. snow, flooding, etc), civil unrest, or traffic congestion/road works etc. which may cause delay or cancellation of a booking by Lincoln Chauffeur.
· The client is responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of booking and on the booking form is correct regarding dates, times, addresses etc.
· If there are any changes to venues other than those stated on the booking form which incur extra mileage, Lincoln Chauffeur reserves the right to charge accordingly.
· The number of passengers carried at any one time must not exceed the manufacturer’s specified seating capacity.
· Lincoln Chauffeur may provide subcontracted vehicles when necessary.
· Lincoln chauffeur drivers will drive safe and sensibly in accordance with the road conditions, traffic and within the legal speed limits.
· By supplying an email address to Lincoln Chauffeur you permit us to contact you via email. In return, we will never supply your email address details to any third party.
